Shipping & Handling
All orders will be processed within 24 hours of confirmation. Shipping rates, and delivery times will vary depending on products ordered as well as quantities and customer’s location. USPS and UPS have alternating schedules and delivery cycles that U.S. Supplements cannot predict, but most orders will be shipped from the storage location no longer than 48 hours from order processing.

U.S. Supplements may accept returns of merchandise purchased directly from USSupplements.com only when all of the following conditions are satisfied:
• The merchandise must be received by U.S. Supplements within 15 days of your purchase, no returns will be accepted after this time period.
• You must provide your Purchase Order number as received when your order was placed through the Site.
• Dietary supplements and other consumable product returns are only accepted if unopened and in the same condition in which they were delivered to you.
All reimbursements will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 7 business days for the reimbursement credit to appear on your credit card.
We’re sorry, but return shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Damaged, Lost or Stolen Merchandise
We make every effort to safely secure and ship your order, but understand that, on rare occasion, merchandise can be damaged in transit. If you feel that your order was damaged during delivery, report it immediately and a representative will contact you.
